OLD LYME ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2004
The Old Lyme Zoning Board of Appeals met on Wednesday, July 21, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. at the Old Lyme Memorial Town Hall. Those present and voting were June Speirs (Chairman), Richard Moll, Susanne Stutts, Judy McQuade, Alternate, and Wendy Brainerd, Alternate.
Chairman Speirs called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. She noted that Judy McQuade and Wendy Brainerd would be seated for Regular Members Tom Schellens and Kip Kotzan.
ITEM 1: Approval of Minutes.
A motion was made by Judy McQuade, seconded by Wendy Brainerd and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the June 8, 2004 Regular Meeting as clarified.
A motion was made by Richard Moll, seconded by Judy McQuade and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the June 16, 2004 Special Meeting as clarified.
A motion was made by Richard Moll, seconded by Susanne Stutts and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the June 23, 2004 Special Meeting as clarified.
A motion was made by Susanne Stutts, seconded by Wendy Brainerd and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the July 13, 2004 Regular Meeting as clarified.
A motion was made by Judy McQuade, seconded by June Speirs and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the July 19, 2004 Special Meeting as clarified.
A motion was made by Richard Moll, seconded by Judy McQuade and voted unanimously to approve the minutes of the July 21, 2004 Special Meeting as clarified.
ITEM 2: Adjournment.
The meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m. on a motion by Richard Moll and seconded by Judy McQuade. So voted unanimously.
